SINGAPORE, Feb. 8 (Xinhua) -- Singapore stocks closed up on Thursday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) rebounded 0.95 percent or 32.13 points to close at 3415.9.
A total of 2.02 billion shares changed hands with a turnover of 2.13 billion Singapore dollars (about 1.61 billion U.S. dollars). Losers outnumbered gainers by 231 to 224.
The STI index closed down 0.66 percent or 22.61 points to close at 3383.77 on Wednesday.
